[sap-career] Direct MM Certification

I have completed my SAP training from one of the Freelancer externally in India, now looking for pursuing certification. Please confirm that without having any end to end implementation & without domain experience in SAP only with the external SAP training & domain with procurement knowledge am I eligible for applying direct certification exam by paying USD $ 400 fees in Dubai.
