Reply from Roy B on Dec 21 at 10:24 AM What do you mean by "take SAP CRM now"? Do you mean doing certification? If so, where is your relevant experience? How does 4 years of sales in a bank qualify you to do anything in CRM? You see, the problem is you can go ahead and study and get your certification but then you will be back here asking us "Why can't I get a job in SAP CRM?" The reason will be quite obviously that you do not have any experience to offer a potential employer, so you will fall down at the first hurdle and you will not believe it because you think your high-flying academic qualifications are enough to get you a top job whereas in the real world you need real-life experience. That in a nutshell is the problem for so many people who come onto this forum and many others (I do not just see them here at Toolbox for IT). So, either you swallow this healthy dose of reality now or you go away and do your own thing, spend a lot of time and money and then still have to swallow the big pill later when it will taste even more unappetizing.
