Hi Guys, There was a recent post entitled "SAP Trainer or SAP End User Job" here from a guy (or so I presume) in India. Few answers had mentioned that _end_user_experience_did_not_count with employers when hiring for consultants. I wonder could somebody tell me what the situation is in Europe (Ireland) as I have 10+ yrs domain experience and a good brain and lot of work in me, but find difficult to even get shortlisted. May this all be not enough? Can I do anything to improve my chances?
