I read in your letter below that you "I have technical accounting knowledge". Does such thing exist as Technical Accounting? Or do we have only accounting? (The German would say: Viet, Spass bei Seite", translation into English: Let us be serious).
If you follow the publicized information on this forum regarding SAP FICO and corresponding discussion, you must be able to put yourself in a real position to answer your own question of whether "Is my current experience sufficient to be considered seriously by an employer?"
If you would prefer a straight answer from me: I am afraid to say: No! On the market you must be able to compete with other SAP experts of (much) higher caliber.
On the other hand, if you plan to pursue a serious career in the specific field of SAP that is desirable to you (here SAP FICO), you are on the right track. What is missing, at the current time in your particular case, is in-depth knowledge and other skill sets, SAP and Non-SAP related, that you must possess in order to represent yourself as a person who could (or must) be "seriously considered by an employer".
My recommendation to you therefore is: Continue doing on a daily basis what you plan. Put in all the effort of mental and physical nature into it. And with a good and reasonable hope, you eventually and finally will arrive.
