You possess a highly-qualified education as you state: "Education - B.TECH + MBA + ITIL v3 ( foundation )." And you have "Total Exp - 6 years. " Both pave the path to a conclusion that you must be in a position to determine What is the right thing to do for yourself.
A few sentences further in your request letter, the reader sees another picture that is in no way conform with the above "SAP HR functional Or SAP security Or IT Audit role ( Cisa ) for SAP."
One thing is certain (as death and tax): The demand of market for SAP people with capability is and remains strong until another software package arrives that can replace the functionality of SAP (in part or whole). And such one is no where to find yet.
Please provide the forum, at your earliest convenience, with information that is necessary to deliver you an acceptable suggestion.

Hi
Currently I am working as an IT SOX Audit Coordinator for SAP HR project ( R& M ) for around 2 + years .
In the Past worked as a Change manager for applications ( around 2 years ) and for SAP HR project ( around 6 months ), got some experience of SAP security ( very very limited experience - user admin and Transport management only ) as part of Change management role .
Prior to that Support role for applications.
Total Exp - 6 years
Education - B.TECH + MBA + ITIL v3 ( foundation )
Kindly advise which certification should I pursue and which is better with respect to future prospects .
Willing to continue with SAP -
SAP HR functional Or SAP security Or IT Audit role ( Cisa ) for SAP.
