It all depends on what you'll be doing at your job. First find out what modules they have implemented or will be doing. If you're PMP, my guess is configuration would be useful since you could be a Business Analyst communicating between functional and technical team. My guess is your company itself may provide you in-house training. OR there is one learnsap training center in Dallas and may be many others. Seem OK. If you need SD configuration, Siva from Magnatraining looked very knowledgeble. You'll really learn good stuff from him. Check out and go and visit them and get referral. There are too many mom and pop shops.
