I have experience in using Salesforce.com. 3.6 of experience in Email Marketing, Lead Management, Campaign Management. It is full of internet marketing.SAP CRM marketing also has its functionalities. We can also send email campaigns using SAP CRM. That's the reason I'm looking forward to SAP CRM training.
