Why not ask the company itself? They must have an HR department.

Personally I have had a bad experience with Wipro and will not go
near them (as a contractor - I am not in the market for a permanent
job).

What is the professional growth rate in WIPRO technologies? What do
I need to do to go for some management post in WIPRO? What is to be
done to do MBA from company itself and join it back for some
managerial position?

Please suggest, it's a very important decision as fresher and my
career
