If you are confident that you can handle customizations, implementation etc ( and feel that you have already gained adequate domain knowledge of all business processes ) , then you can aim at something better than an end user's job. b. If market conditions in Italy ( am not aware of the same ) make it difficult for you to get a better job, then go with the market trend and accept any available job ( even that of an end user ).
