Well Mr Roy what you are saying is correct...but even a day was there when
even you were new in this field ie., a fresher what did you do that
time....even you were new to all these terminology...please share some of
your experience as a fresher.

Ok, a person gets him or her self trained on IDES, learns the system
thoroughly etc. Then you put that person in front of an experienced
accountant at a client's premises and the accountant says something
like "OK, I have to make my monthly VAT return including imported
goods, cross-border sales, triangular deals, drop shipments, rebates
and discounts etc. What do I do in SAP?" What is our "fresher" going
to do or say? He has never done anything like it. He has no idea what
the accountant is talking about. Why? because he has not worked in the
business, or any business, and has no experience.He is not a
consultant He has some technical knowledge but he cannot tell an
experienced accountant how he can do his job using SAP. That is the
problem.

Knowing 100% of SAP is quite a Himalayan task. If you can at least
spell it that means you know most of the config. This forum was
raised why SAP Certified freshers do not get a break. If you know,
and yes, if you can answer all the questions (80%) raised by the
interviewer where do you lack? Roy, just to ask you something, if a
person gets himself trained using IDES and if his knowledge in
his/her module is commendable, do you think that person should lag
behind? Again, not howling.
