Bond is not a binding when the company has lax attitude towards a fresher's career.

Remember always, bond can be teared apart into pieces, if the bonded has guts and gumption to challenge it. |The more important is one's career and not money. Training is imparted to acquire skill and when that skill does not enhance him in the company, career becomes waste. Remember hanker not for money but the career which must be of utmost importance to the fresher. There is always a tussle between money and knowledge. But ultimately the knowledge must win over the money. Here the knowledge that you gain from training must pave way for growth and not stagnation based on money.

A bond doesn't mean that you have to stick to that company for 3
years.There are ways to break the bond , so be least bothered about it
and go ahead.
Find out whats exactly the bond is all aboutand When ever u want to
break the bond let us know we shall give u necessary suggestions.
