I think you have it backwards. Working as an end user gives you exactly 0 experience in configuration. You should have that experience before you take SAP Academy. That way your configuration courses would at least be fresh. You still wouldn't have any experience configuring or project managing or implementing or... So it would still be an up hill battle. Neal
