Hi All,

Type have asked back on an another thread, and I have found it interesting enough to open a new one.

So here it goes: Do consulting companies usually give training to new hires before letting them work face-to-face with customers?

If I was a client I would expect a consultancy firm to give some training to their freshers before billing me for hundreds of euros/day for them, would I not?

On the other hand if I was offered a job as (junior) SAP consultant tomorrow, and there was no training I would turn it down straight away (at least I think now).

Hm? What do you think?
