Dear Mr. Roy/Mr. White, I fully agree with you but the fault is not only with the Candidate. The fault is also with S/W Companies from a Particular Country (My own Country) and the Clients (either in my Own Country or whose Top Mgmt are nationals from My Country). It is instant Gratification not just by the Candidate but also by the S/W Company and Client's Top Managers. The last one just want to make their Seniors that SAP has been implemented. Please believe me there are Billion Dollar Companies that just go through the motion of implementing SAP without really realizing the benefits of SAP. Certification does not seem to be a solution for weeding out the inefficient or incapable or the People who cannot think because from what I have seen, the Guy who appears for the Certification just needs to have the ability to cram the Answers and the Books for certification over a 1 Month or 2 Month period, appear for a certification and Bingo, they are certified Consultant. Whereas you (Mr. Roy) and me, who have hands on experience in Finance & Accounts (I have nearly 20 Years Experience) and with Proper Professional Qualifications, are left to twiddle our thumbs by this so called "Certified Consultants". I will close with a Hilarious Incident which had happened when I was with my Ex- Employer in SAP-FICO Support team. My Ex- Employers Company had engaged a major S/W Company in 2008 (which got embroiled in a major Scandal in 2009) and was implementing PS along with other modules. And they sent one Youngster as PS Consultant who Joined the team say in November 2008. While Browsing an SAP User forum I found that this So called SAP PS Consultant had posted a message in that forum in October 2008 asking for materials in PS. Mr. Roy/Mr. White, this is how System works in certain parts of the World. You and me cannot beat this System. I tried to beat it and I got beaten... you cannot do anything if people on the Client's side get Gratifications from the Consulting Company (including having their relatives placed in the Consulting Company). Having got frustrated I have abandoned my dreams of a Career in SAP and have gone back to my Chosen Field. But, true Professionals like you (Mr. Roy/Mr. White) can sow the seeds for a movement (not unlike the movements in Egypt/Libya et al) to weed out all the imposters... be it Individuals or Companies. With best regards Siddique

I want to go finance field. Wherever I am going they are asking for experience in finance field, which I don't have; right now working as commerce faculty. What is the ultimate solution where I can enter into finance field? Please help me out. | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
