You might think about some JAVA and some VB.NET. There are easy to get free
training from online sources. With C++, ABAP, JAVA, and VB, you should be
able to find something to get a foot in the door. Keep that going for
several years, and then you will have something to leverage...

Subject: Job as SAP ABAP Fresher

Hi,
Thank you venkat, mr wilhite and reetesh for your replies. I tried a lot to get into c or c++ field after my graduation but my bad I didn't get any. So I joined SAP course and completed it. I do have a very good knowledge in ABAP. As one of you said to start of with a small company as an ABAPer, but I just want to inform all you people even though I cleared all the interview rounds in 3 small companies, they are asking me to pay some money and get an experience. And the money they're asking is in lakhs. This is the major problem I am facing from past 3 months. I tried and still trying my best to get into SAP field which is having immense amount of exposure world wide, but getting in is tough.
