Hi Shavani,

I can understand what you are up to. But see it is important to get a start now once you have got that understand the three aspects of business very well that is people, process, and technology. Try to look in how business transformation happens, what are the phases of the project. See there a lot which you have to learn, just doing course is not every thing. If I were you I would upgrade myself being on job. I know it is tough but still as they say in English. That every step you take you might fall down but the one who takes it gets the desired result.
