So, you will then be providing them with jobs?

Let's just take a pole here:

Of those on this forum that personally had no experience as of 1/1/2010 who
currently has a job in SAP as a technical or functional professional (If you
are an end user, we aren't interested. Anyone can get those jobs with no
experience.)? I'm sure that there have been hundreds that have asked on
this forum about becoming SAP professionals in that time. Surely we can get
100 to respond back. ... And no vouching for others. If they won't say that
it worked out, then again, we aren't interested!

So, who's going to speak up?

Why are you always discouraging and demotivating freshers?
I think SAP would be a much better choice than PHP.
