I agree with you harish. I am on the same boat as you are. It is tough to get a job in SAP ABAP as a fresher even for a certified candidate and there are a hell of a lot of people aka job consultants ready to cash on it.

You might think about some JAVA and some VB.NET. There are easy to get free
training from online sources. With C++, ABAP, JAVA, and VB, you should be
able to find something to get a foot in the door. Keep that going for
several years, and then you will have something to leverage...
