Hi Sumit,

At times, some comment(s) may appear as if it / they is / are hurting.
But the idea is not to hurt or discourage.

I do not personally feel that anybody posts a comment to insult anyone.
Instead, experts do call a spade a spade and point out reality of current
professional life so that appropriate decisions can be taken with such
expert advice. Such comments help one avoid pitfalls lurking round the
corner.

In fact, as Neal correctly mentioned, a detailed narration of your personal
experience with regard to

a. getting into an SAP job without work experience
b. how and with what aids / tools / efforts you transformed your job into
an interesting one

Could be more helpful to all job seekers who are freshers and are brimming
with aspirations and dreams.
