Hems, nice to see someone looking for SAP as an enhancement to their qualifications and not expecting to walk straight into consultancy as a result. From that point of view some SAP knowledge/certification will always be a plus on your CV.

In the UK the best there is comes direct from SAP. There are a variety of options and they aren't cheap but a study of the web site below will give you all the relevant information. SAP offer courses in several locations but I know from experience that the centre at Clockhouse, near Heathrow, is exceptional.

In most cases the training is global and generic, not industry or country specific, and it is purely a starting point, the real learning will come when you begin to apply those basics in business. It's a bit like driving really, you learn the basics, pass a test, and then *really* begin to learn as you put in the miles.

Hi friends,
I've recently graduated in MBA from a reputed University in UK and my subject specializations include HR and marketing. I'm quite interested to learn an ERP module, and my two choices are SAP and Oracle Apps. But a bit confused to choose a right path in selecting the best ERP course according to the current global market slow down especially in UK.

Could anyone help in deciding and guide me the right path? Please do explain the future scenario of SAP and ORACLE Apps. How will be the opportunities at an entry level. Please suggest me the best module to train on. Where are the best institutes to learn in UK or India as I'm willing to learn via on-line? What would be the costs of the course?
