Mr. Waza, your suggestion seems worthwhile a try, if you are talking about voluntary work in a ERP based company; as I already have 4 yrs of domain exp in Marketing.
But, what I would also want to know is, if between January to March, does recruitment happen, especially companies in India?
With my course commencing in Mid Jan 2012.

My suggestion to you is to offer to some voluntary work to get the experience. I know it might sound crazy, but I did this 20 years ago and gained a lot of busines experience and ended uo doing the difficult tasks that the existing IT consultants did not want to do.
Based on the voluntary work and my aptitude the organisation(s) took me on and I have been doing well every since.
